Houdini | Cinema4D - Landscape study
This project was my first contact with Houdini. I have decided to approach this intimidating program through its set of nodes dedicated to procedural terrain generation.
After having generated the geometry for the terrain, I have exported the mesh and the maps to Cinema4D where I could start populating the terrain using handmade assets generated with the plugin Forester. X particles and redshift were used to scatter instances and to render the final images. The color grading was made using Redshift post effects.
